Tawfeeq Ilahi Realty is seeking a results-driven Team Leader to lead our sales team specializing in off-plan and secondary real estate. This role requires a strong track record in Dubai’s property market, proven leadership abilities, and excellent Chinese communication skills to serve our Chinese-speaking clientele. The role offers a fixed salary, commission on personal sales, and additional commission based on the total sales volume of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of real estate agents.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and motivate the team to achieve goals.
- Develop and implement strategies for off-plan and secondary property sales.
- Conduct property presentations, negotiations, and close deals alongside the team when needed.
- Track team sales performance and ensure accurate reporting for commission calculation.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to maximize lead generation and client engagement.
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and regulations.
- Ensure team compliance with company policies and RERA guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of real estate sales experience (off-plan and secondary) in Dubai.
- At least 2 years of experience leading and managing a sales team.
- Native from China ; English proficiency required.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet ambitious sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals.
